Standard single-family listings
Aerial photos show the lot, roof, exterior, and immediate surroundings. That's what most MLS buyers want to see.
Both provide aerial perspectives: but they serve different goals. Here is how to choose the right drone deliverable for a Cincinnati listing.

Drone photos are included in the Listing Launch Package and handle the majority of Cincinnati listing scenarios.
Aerial photos show the lot, roof, exterior, and immediate surroundings. That's what most MLS buyers want to see.
A large backyard, pool, or side lot shows better from the air than from ground-level exterior shots.
Aerial photos can show proximity to parks, schools, main roads, or other landmarks that help buyers orient the property.
If the marketing budget is lean, drone photos in the Listing Launch Package deliver the most per dollar.
Drone video becomes a meaningful upgrade when the listing needs cinematic presence or a social content strategy.
A cinematic drone reveal makes high-value properties look the part. Sellers expect it for listings above $600k.
Views from above: water, city skyline, valley panoramas: can only be communicated effectively through moving footage.
Drone video clips are the most-saved and most-shared real estate content on Instagram and TikTok. Still photos don't capture the same engagement.
Aerial video is the only practical way to communicate the full scale of a 5-acre lot or sprawling estate property.

Drone photos are still aerial images used for MLS listings, marketing materials, and property overviews. Drone video is a moving aerial sequence: flyovers, orbit shots, or reveal clips: used in listing videos, reels, and social content. Most packages include drone photos; drone video is an upgrade or part of premium packages.
Drone photos handle the MLS requirement. Drone video becomes valuable when: the property has sweeping views or unique site context, you're running a social media launch campaign, or you want to include a walkthrough video that begins with an aerial reveal.
The Listing Launch Package includes drone stills (aerial photos). Drone video is included in the Premium Media Package and above, or available as an add-on to any package.
Drone matters most for: larger lots or acreage, waterfront or view properties, homes near parks or greenways, luxury and high-end listings, and properties where neighborhood context adds value (proximity to highways, walkability, etc.).
Drone is included in the Listing Launch Package ($399–$499) and all packages above it. MLS Photo Package does not include drone. You can add drone to MLS Photos as a separate upgrade: text (513) 437-1915 to confirm pricing for your property.
